Venice Beach 2005

These pictures of Venice Beach were taken with my Sony DSC-70 3.3megapixel camera. It was slightly overcast this day and it was crowded as usual.

Los Angeles - First Batch

My first batch of Los Angeles pics taken by my Canon Rebel XT.

Anthony's Party - Good Luck in San Francisco

To my homie, Anthony... Take care and the Best of Luck in San Francisco.

Black and White - Los Angeles

Here are some of my black and white conversions. More pics to come.

My aunt's beautiful garden.

My auntie Lina's house has an amazing garden with fruit trees and beautiful flowers.

Would you like some cheese with that wine?

I became a wine connoisseur while staying with my best friend, Les Fujimoto in 2005. He introduced me to the award-winning movie, "Sideways" and I have enjoyed and collected wine ever since. I own a variety of deep reds and fragrant white wines for my wife and I to enjoy.

My 'Puter...

I'm spoiled with my dual 19" LCD displays. I can't design or program in any other mode now. Although I'm a heavy user of Microsoft Windows based machines. My next computer would most likely be an Apple Mac. I'll either go with a MacBook Pro or an iMac unless they come out with a new version of the G5 or perhaps a G6. Woohoo!

San Pedro Beach - June 28, 2006

Mohamad and I ventured to San Pedro Beach as it was a beautiful day to take pictures. It was sunny out and we always wanted to do a shoot at the beach. I was a bit concerned when we got close to the shore during the late afternoon as the salt water mist could ruin our equipment. I'll have to find me a case for my tripod as it was a pain having to lug it around when we were at the aquarium.

Jarrod's Bday - June 14, 2006

There seemed to be a theme in the gifts that my nephew Jarrod got for his 13th bday. He deserved it, that boy works hard in school and takes good care of his sisters. Congratulations Jarrod!

Downtown Farmer's Market - 2005

These pictures were taken at the Downtown Farmer's Market in Los Angeles near the Art District. I took these pictures on my old Sony DSC-70 (3.3megapixel - 1st generation) with a Carl Zeiss wide angle lens.

Arnold and his kids - June 19, 2006

My cousin Arnold and his kids are favorite subjects of mine. It's a joy taking pictures of his family. They're always ready for the camera. At first, Mandy was shy when it came to pictures and Rayanne was always ready to provide her best poses. I tried to break that mold by getting them to pose naturally. It was amazing that I was able to take a shot of Rayanne without her smiling. She's got a beautiful smile but I wanted to see how she looked in pictures without one.
